Too soft, the sides don’t just slide they drop, you could not lay on your belly, otherwise would end up with very bad back pain. It just sinks in. Too soft.

Have slept on it for a few nights now and it is really comfortable for us. It isnt as thick and tall as our serta pillow top cal king mattress and a little narrower but we can make it work. Will update a month or so down the road

follow up: Had the mattress about a month now. Still comfortable but already has a lot of lumps and large dip in the middle. Not sure if it shows up in the photo but would not expect this from a new mattress. Worried about how long it will hold up. I was very hesitant about buying a mattress online but so far happy with purchase. Opening the sealed plastic, I have to say was very satisfying to hear and see it expand. Mattress is a bit firm but with a good mattress cover and padding, it is comfortable. Seems good quality. I do have to say there is something to be said about buying from a local store who takes your old mattress and sets up your new one. this mattress is very heavy(king) for 2 people to try and move around. Good mattress but probably would not go through the hassle of online mattress purchase in the future. ... show more

I was under the impression this was medium firmness, but it is extra firm and not comfortable for side sleeping. My husband likes firm, and I like a bit softer. This is not a happy medium, and I regret purchasing. I've woken up sore for the past week.

Just want to state I bought this mattress because my parents have the same one and I thought it was perfect. The matress I got seems to not be the same quality. The edge of the matress is extremely soft and seems to just give out. I have to sleep toward the center to get the medium firm feel I expected. When sleeping in the center I love this bed.
