I bought this digital picture frame to be able to showcase some of the images I've taken over of the years of my children, moments that are special to me, and many of scenery. The image quality is great and the frame itself has options for personalizing the display using different effects when the image changes, how long an image is displayed before changing, when the frame will tum off at night and turn back on in the morning, and the brightness of the image, after a power outage you will need to go into the menu and readjust the brightness because it will default back to full brightness. It's easy to connect this to the WiFi in your home and upload pictures from your phone or CPU and the memory is more than enough to store hundreds of photos without adding a memory card. While connected to WiFi the frame will also act as an information source if you like and give you weather updates and other useful information and then the photos will be the screen saver after the display goes to sleep. For the price I paid I am extremely happy with this digital picture frame, especially since it's half the price of so many others that are the same size, have the same features, and the same image quality. I definitely recommend you save the money on a more expensive frame and buy this, for the price others charge you can buy 2 of these....

I have had a digital picture frame for 10 years. Mine went out & I had to replace it. I went with this one & I'm so glad that I did. This frame is perfect size. The setup is very simple. It connected to wifi with ease. the app installation on my phone was very easy & the capability to send pictures straight from my phone to the frame is wonderful. My kids can also share pictures they take of our grandchildren straight to our frame! We love this! The frame is well made. The pictures are so bright, clear & pretty. You can have several come up on the screen together or just one. It has so many features.

This is my first digital picture frame. I have always wanted one and finally made the purchase. I picked a great choice. I have a few assorted Dragon Touch products so I knew this brand would come through. Ok so you will need to download an app. The app is very easy to navigate. You can add 50 pictures at a time from your device using a WiFi connection. Most will probably use their phone to add pictures. The process is so easy. I had my wife and mother in law adding pictures from their phones in no time. The frame has assorted settings to speed up or slow down the pictures changing. You can also set it up to go in order or pick them at random. The pics fit the screen in different manners depending on what kind of angle you took the picture. I have enclosed 2 pics to show you the different ways you can set it up. It comes with a small stand where you could set it up on a hard service. You can also hang it a couple of different ways depending on how you wanna view it. There are small openings in the back where you can hang it a couple of different ways. It comes with a power cord. It also has different power options depending on what kind of cord you would like to use. You are not limited to using the included power supply. Overall this is an awesome product that is very easy to set up.

I ordered this for any elderly client of mine so his family can add pictures to it for his enjoyment. The first one didn't work at all. I couldn't get past the language screen. I was sent a new one very quickly with no issues through Amazon. He's only had this sense end of October of 24 and I think that was the original purchase date, not when I got the second one, so just over 3 months. It no longer turns on. I can't do another exchange because I've already done one. I've tried to call customer support and it instructs me to leave a voice mail. The sight website listed in the "trouble shooting" here on Amazon gives you an error message. So in essence, the second frame worked great for 3 months sitting on a shelf, never dropped etc, then one day just didn't start up again. I don't know if I can even recover his pictures for him, or if his family will just have to send them again if they replace this one, or if I have to go to a different brand. Very disappointed, and my client is very worried about the whole situation.
