I've been encountering the issue of dandruff and not being able to find an EFFECTIVE dandruff shampoo that doesn't have harmful ingredients. This product has solved my problem! No flakes, less itchiness, I'm very impressed with Kristin Ess products. 4/5 stars because of the texture, it is hard to get through the hair to the scalp, and it takes some patience to rinse it all out, but the results make it worth it. The bottle directions says to apply directly to scalp from bottle, but I think putting the product on your fingers and massaging through your scalp is easier. This product did not work for me. It was easy to rinse out which was amazing but I had a difficult time getting product to get in the scalp even with the unique/ convenient applicator. Love this scrub. I’ve used two scrubs previously and both had granules that took 2-3 washes to get out of my hair. This scalp scrub used water soluble granules that make it so much easier to get out. I love the smell and it removed all the product buildup from my scalp in just one use
