It printed great the first 6 months, but got black streaks mark on every page. However, manufacturer standed behind their product and honored warranty with full replacement of it. I am happy with the outcome specially since oems are so expensive. Thanks

Streaky printouts straight out of the package. This drum's not much healthier than the one I replaced. EDIT: Seller reached out and provided new drums that had improved print quality.

These cartridges come at a great discount to the original Canon brand cartridges, so I decided to give them a try. Everything came well packed, with all the normal protective parts. All the color cartridges printed very well (for a laser) as soon as I put them in. The black cartridge however had a recurring weak spot down the left side every 2 to 3 inches. I was hoping it would work itself out over the first 10 or 20 printings, but it never got any better. So I contacted the seller through Amazon, described the problem, and they promptly sent out a new black toner, no questions asked. It came today, and it is printing perfectly from the very first printout. I'm giving this product and this vendor 5 stars for really good printing and great customer service. There is always a chance a toner cartridge will have a problem, but this vendor will take care of you if that happens, so I can highly recommend you give these cartridges a try.
