I bought this fan to replace my 10+-yr-old 12-inch oscillating table fan that has faithfully kept my bedroom cool (it was starting to act weird and I feared for my safety). This little guy is powerful, even on Low speed. The air-flow is impressive. My room is about 16'x20', and I can feel the breeze on every corner. It's actually a bit too much on Med, and way too much on High (think "Auntie Em! Auntie Em!"... ha!). It's not silent, but not too loud; provides a comfortable level of white noise for sleeping. The small footprint is so nice! Compared to the height and width of my old fan, it takes half the space but is twice as powerful. I like that the oscillating options are on the controller dial, not that old-school pull-plug on the back (which always broke off). The oscillation range is nice and wide, and the tilt adjustment is expansive. All in all, this little fan has a lot of bang for the buck. I'll be getting another for the guest room! ... show more

What a marvelous little fan! It puts out a terrific amount of air and the fact that it can tilt slightly downward has made it a must-have for me: my bedside table is higher than my mattress and other (good) fans blow mostly over my head. Love this fan. It really moves the air and is super quiet! Actually replaced a 12" metal bladed fan that quit working a few days ago. This one seems to do a better job of keeping me cool at night without hardly any noise. For the money it's a great buy! And I am running it on it's lowest speed!

This little fan keeps the air flowing! It's easy to adjust and to move around - good size for placing on the floor or on top of a table. The noise level is low and non-disruptive. I'm hoping it lives a long life.

I like that the switch is in the front and love how easy it is to position. The only thing I don't like is that if you wake up and are still drowsy, you may forget to turn the know left to turn it off. If you go the other way, then it turns into an oscillating fan. This is a small but powerful fan that isn't too noisy on high. The control switch has 8 positions, which takes a little bit of time to get used to, but is easy to use. The output at close range isn't much bigger than the fan housing, which I really like. Not loud at all to me. So far I am not disappointed nor am I dissatisfied with my choice to purchase this fan. I believed it to be quite small, as the printed dimensions stated, so it was the perfect item to meet my needs in a bedroom. Nice to be able to open the box, clean the product, plug it in and it works as expected. Great value for the price, and I am expecting this fan to be durable simply because the construction is solid.
