Neither the "cooling infusions” nor "fast response" worked for me. Very hot and felt trapped! I used it for a couple of weeks and had no improvement in restful sleep or comfort! I contacted the company as directed…just got the run-around. Owned by Malouf Corporation who says they focus on “people, planet, and profit.” My assessment: planet?; People, no!; Profit, you decide!
