4.5 stars- comfortable shoes that stopped my crab walk after i got home from work (taking off shoes and feet cant seem to support me anymore, weird pressure points etc. this has alleviated.) I do have to use some heel liners to get these shoes to fit snugly and they need to be tighter than tight but they work, alleviated a good amount of foot discomfort from working 8 hours a day. They are about a 8/10 on the slip resistance imo. The only downside is the thick bottom of the shoe sometimes gets caught on tiles/raised flooring and if i didnt have better balance i might have fallen. Pick your feet up when you walk.

For the past 35 years, Docs have been my shoe 99%of the time. I have lace-ups, buckles, and boots. I have had and still have pairs made in England (still the best) and the « USA. » Currently I have eight pairs. I was so excited to have this brown leather pair. I was so so disappointed - something off with the sizing/shoe itself. I tried three pairs of different sizes and none fit right. The best of them seems to fit until I walked and they just kept slipping off even with thicker socks. Good luck if you can find a good fit. I gave it two rather than one star because the shoe LOOKS good. Shame I couldn’t wear them.

Fits too big. I wear a 10 and when I bought size 10, it keeps slipping at the heel and it started hurting. Also, not that comfortable. For $150, it's not worth it. You can buy much more comfortable shoes for.much less here.

I work at Costco and am on my feet all day on a concrete floor, according to my pedometer I do about 28,000 steps a day, 12+ miles. I have been a sneaker guy and love my Asics but hate the sloppy look. These shoes both look amazing and feel like a sneaker. I have heard horror stories about break in periods but I took these out of the box yesterday morning put them on and had a 23,000 step day without issue, as the day went on they became more comfortable, my new go to sneaker is now a shoe. I love them so much I ordered their Chelsea Boot. If you are a half size round up since they only do whole sizes. I am a 9 1/2 EE 10US fit perfect. Edit The shoe and laces stretched a bit with break in, switched to a thicker insolehttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YY6HRQC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title and they fit like a glove. Still a dressier shoe with the comfort of a sneaker.

Leather was partial damaged on toe when I received. I love Dr martens. I have worn these for 5 shifts in work in a restaurant/retail store. Already the toes are damaged beyond repair. Leather is very fragile and will not hold up. The insole is great. All Dr martens shoes should have these. That is the only good thing about them.
