I was a little skeptical about these. But seeing how they completely revitalized my boots, I am no longer skeptical. If you are considering this set, and I suggest you do, and if you have black boots make sure you also get some black polish. This set only has clear polish.

I had to contact the Zappos to actually get because it never came after almost a month. Zappos said to cancel it but Amazon wouldn’t cancel it so Zappos looked and found it and shipped it. There are no instructions so you’ll have to google or search online. The brush isn’t fully meant for the strictly leather boots. So be careful and don’t use the bristles on the boot itself. ... show more

I would like to exchange for a new one, but I’m only given the option to return or keep. Delivery and outside packaging was perfect. Upon opening the actual shoe care kit, it was wet. It obviously could have been much worse. It appears that shoe freshener bottle was not closed tightly and it leaked inside of the kit. From what I can see, about 1/4 of the bottle had spilled out.
