I started using this fertilizer on my mature Italian Plum tree two years ago after not really taking care of it for the previous 15 years or so. Before using this fertilizer and also starting to prune in winter and summer, yields were pretty sporadic. The past two years were much better and this year’s crop was the best ever. As others have noted, the fertilizer has a pungent aroma, but that’s to be expected with something that consists in considerable part of chicken poop. I used this product on my Meyer's lemon tree, my meiwa kumquat tree & my Blood orange tree . Presently, I have 19 set fruit on my Meyer's lemon tree & in October, it's loaded with blossoms and new pea sized fruit all over the tree. My Blood orange tree size has almost doubled; looking for buds in February of next year. Also, my kumquat tree has a fruit set, too ; 21 set fruit I'm looking at having at least 50 lemons on my tree! ... show more

My papaya plant, which I had grown from a seed, developed some yellowing leaves and new flowers began to fall off. Applied this fertilizer at the base and all yellowing ceased; the flowers set and the existing fruit is developing beautifully. This reversal began within a week or so after applying the fertilizer. I have a citrus tree and a peach tree that I used this fertilizer on. One month after fertilizing I notice the new growth is looking lush and healthy. The peach tree flowered beautifully and is going to produce many peaches this year. It’s February in Pennsylvania so I wanted to give my avocado, mango, Jackfruit etc a boost before they go outside in May. But boy! Does it smell !! That was stupid!! Now I have to sprinkle some essential lavender oil around them every few days to cover that up until they go outside. Meh! But the good thing is, the plants really like it.
