This product works. Period. The stabilization plates are perfectly positioned and padded such that you don’t feel them at all. It’s pretty slim for these things; but is really nicely adjustable. I sleep in this almost every night, and am not bothered by it at all. I’m treating carpal tunnel and some repeated spraining/straining of the joint where the thumb bone meets the wrist. The first night I wore this, the next morning I felt about 60% improved. After about a week of solidly wearing it, which also helped me be more mindful of avoiding activities/motion’s that strained the joint, I felt no more pain at all. After about 3 months of wearing it most nights and sometimes during the day, even with repeated additional strains /tweaks/sprains of the joint during the day when I wasn’t wearing it, it feels about 1,000 times better than before I had this. I’m still healing; but I would not have been if not for this. My only complaints are the Velcro on the thumb doesn’t stick to anything; and it doesn’t stay stuck once you get it as stuck as you can. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. And the hand strap is a little long for my little hands; but I’m not docking anything for that because I wrap it down at an angle to the wrist, then wrap the wrist strap over it. Both of those straps have good Velcro that sticks really solidly to almost all parts of the brace. The only other thing that I’ve noticed is that I can still injure or strain the joint while wearing the brace because it doesn’t stabilize the wrist down the forearm. I’d like to see if this company makes something like that.

So far so good. I ordered the copper lined wrist braces for daytime use if I need the extra support and the night wrist brace splint for nighttime support so I don’t wake up with numb or painful hands. I had carpal tunnel during my first pregnancy six years ago and now it has returned with a vengeance 🥴. My only complaint is that I feel like the thumb area is a little too big for my hand even though it is one size fits all. I’ve only had them for about a week so I will update as I use them more.

I have some wrist issues that get aggravated by using the phone or computer too much. I was pretty skeptical this would help but I’ve definitely noticed improvement. I’ve only been wearing this overnight but that’s been enough. I have dramatically reduced problems during the day. A surprising result is that I used to have a lot of problems with waking up to a numb arm. I figured I must just be sleeping on it but that issue is completely gone when I wear this to sleep! Definitely worth trying out!

I got these February 7th and today is April 23rd. I bought 2 of them for wrist pain that radiates out to my forearms when I use the computer for long periods of time. If I let the pain go on, soon I can't use my arms at all there's so much pain and weakness. I've tried many different things to manage this condition and still be able to use the computer, and these are the absolute best! Completely fixed my problem, no more pain no matter how long I use the computer. Great range of motion, extremely comfortable. There are only 2 issues that prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating instead of 4. First, they don't last very long. I have worn them every single night since I got them (hence why I included that info in the beginning) and as you can see, it's only been a few months of owning them. The velcro that fastens them has started to give way from overuse I suppose, and soon won't fasten at all. I've already ordered another pair to replace the ones I currently have, but I wish they would modify the velcro teeth to make them a little longer so they lasted longer or something. Second, while they are very comfortable, they will make your hands sweat (and I'm not someone that has sweaty hands normally). But besides these 2 things, I still highly recommend them to anyone having wrist pain, especially due to something repetitive! Oh, and also, while they make look simple, they can actually be a little difficult to figure out how to put on properly. They might be billed as reversable or switchable or whatever, but I don't think they really are. If I put them on the wrong hands the logo sits on the edge of my wrist bone and causes pain after a short while. They are most comfortable having the logo on the palm facing side of your arm.

I work on my computer a lot, and my wrists get sore after a while. I got this to see if it would help with the pain and support my wrist and it did it’s job for sure. It’s comfortable to wear and has good support while allowing you to have full movement of your fingers so it doesn’t diminish your mobility. I bought a wrist resting pad as well so I use the brace and rest my hand on the pad and it’s a great combo, a lot easier on the hand and causes less strain. It’s made so it can be used on both the left and right wrists which is very handy. I bought the full size wrist brace for my left hand as well and that one is also great. Overall, this company makes sturdy, supportive braces and they’re definitely worth the purchase.

This wrist brace has been a game changer.
