This brace seems to be pretty well made. The metal bars give structure where needed without being stiff. I have not been able to truly try this brace due to sizing mixups. Go off measurements IF your on the small side! (can’t speak for the larger braces) I mistakenly went off a review and the medium is swimming on me! For reference I’m 5’0, 26 waist and bounce between 105-112. It appears the company size chart is more accurate than review. Re ordering has not been without challenges either. They have sent a mislabeled package and I received yet another medium back brace in a package labeled “small” . To the company: Y’all- the outside label will not make the brace magically work. Hopefully the correct size will arrive and i can truly enjoy what appears to be a very nicely made brace. The soft Velcro doesn’t cling to clothes and snag it. The sides are a soft breathable mesh which will be great in the Florida heat. Straps are durable and stitching all around is good quality. Worth the money

I had bought this a while back but used very recently for the first time. I was experiencing serious lower back pain past few days due to ergonomic issues at work due to my desk job combined with heavy workout days after a long time. Anyways, this came in very handy. The strap is high quality, if stays in place and gives enough strength to the back so that you can continue your day without straining your back further.
