I’ve had it in my 2008 ford ranger for almost exactly a year now. I began loosing coolant about 6 months after installing this radiator and have just been adding water every few weeks. I finally got around to pressure checking the system today and found that it was lightly leaking at the bottom driver side plastic to aluminum connection. It’s obviously too late for me to return it now, but at least I’m only out of $100.

The radiator fits well and functions, however, the transmission cooler fittings leak. The fittings provided (in between radiator and transmission hardline flare nut) do not have O-rings. I had to remove the fittings after install and add O-rings myself - this seems to have fixed the issue. Save yourself some time and add O-rings to the fittings before you get the radiator in (note - ford originally had a service bulletin requiring o-rings be added here to stop chronic slow leaks here). Also, the radiator does not include a new cap. I used the old one in a pinch, and found that the cap was leaking when installed on this radiator.
