As many state, they are medium to firm with a wonderful stable loft. I sleep mostly on my side, but sometimes on my back. These pillows are terrific either way. The multiple different types of stuffing, (scroll to see the diagram), is the key. Highly recommend.

Hi I was very excited and interested in receiving my order, as over the past I have purchased lots I mean lots of pillows from the local warehouses (you know the major 3) and other stores Walmart, kohls, target the list goes on. I kept the amazon box the product came in- just in case I was disappointed but finally I have found the pillow that I AM IN LOVE WITH, that's right no more neck pain if in doubt please reconsider and purchase what's the worst thing to happen, you would have to send them back no worries toss that box away!! I just wish I took pictures on how they came packaged and the pillow itself with my head resting like a baby sleeping
