This pillow is soft and airy. It lacks the support I was hoping for and flattens quickly. It does puff up when put in the dryer...yet support is not there, even when puffed. If you are looking for a squishy pillow more for looks to set at your headboard, maybe to put other pillows against, or if this is for a lightweight kid needing a filler for a soft body pillow cover, this may be what you are looking for. If you are a larger adult seeking support, you won't get that from this one. Customer service was good, and I appreciate that. I've been using this body pillow for roughly 2 weeks now, and while it has some good qualities, it didn't provide quite as much support as I was hoping for. The pillow arrived compressed and expanded quickly after opening, but even once it was fully fluffed up, the padding felt fairly thin. Because of that, the pillow stays rather flat and doesn't offer the level of support I typically look for when side sleeping. If you prefer a plush, full body pillow, this one may feel a little under-filled. On the positive side, the fabric is soft and comfortable, and the pillow is lightweight and easy to reposition throughout the night. It also fits well in a standard body pillowcase and seems to be well made. Overall, I'd describe this as an average body pillow. It works fine if you're looking for something lightweight or don't need a lot of cushioning, but if your main goal is firm support for sleeping, you may want a pillow with more filling. ... show more
