I'm changing my first review from 1 star to 4 stars. Originally, I couldn't square up the saw, and the instructions didn't tell me how to do it. The initial support from the manufacturer was not helpful. But they kept at it, and ultimately, they told me how to solve my problem. For the price, this is a good saw. Of course, this saw isn't as good as a saw two or four times its price. But unless you're a fine cabinet maker, this saw will get the job done. ... show more

I used this on a recent project because my old harbor freight one went out on me. this checked all the boxes for what I needed for a DIY project, sliding, adjustible, and lazor. Anyway, I'm not sure how well this will do if you use this for work but for a DIY home guy it's been solid so far.

Haven’t used it to it’s full potential yet, thus far it cuts well and true. The small caveat is the hold down clamp - the bolt holding it on the screw down keeps popping off, won’t go completely in the female at the end, tried a bit of lubricant, no Improvement. Probably good idea to get a longer version of the bolt a a hardware store. ... show more

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and of course he seen the box and knew what he was getting, I mean come on why would you print a picture on side of box for everyone to see. This is disappointing. Other than that great price.
