I bought this eyeliner since it had such good reviews about it staying on the waterline. It definitely doesn't stay on mine all day, but lasts longer than other ones I have tried recently. The best part is that when it wears off it doesn't seem to smudge all under my face. I have been using it for about a week and like it, however I don't know if it is truly worth $22 dollars. I guess I will see how long it takes me to go through the pencil. If this was $15 dollars then I would say it is the best and totally worth the price. Love this eyeliner. As most of the reviews stated that it couldn’t be sharpened because it was plastic is completely wrong. The texture is very misleading but rest assured that as shown in my pic it CAN be sharpened!! Wahooo best eyeliner EVER!

I bought these after receiving them in a beauty box. Great price. Long lasting and have had many compliments. I wanted something that didn’t make me look like Alice Cooper by the end of the day, and while there is some bleeding, it’s way better than other products 2 & 3 times the price!
