We were using masking tape to hang art work and such on our concrete block painted walls and due to humidity ( I guess) stuff just started falling off the walls. We would come in in the morning and have to stick it back on the wall. We HAD to have something that would stay on the walls!! So we ordered these sticky dots. Peeling them off the paper proved to be a little difficult but we finally mastered that and started hanging stuff!! By golly, they work!! And it doesn't take much! Hanging paper on a 36" x 78" door took only 4 dots! We just used half of each so we had all four corners and the sides covered!! We have decorated two doors for Christmas, hung a 6' x 8' mural and other misc decorations on our walls. We will buy them again and YOU should try them out. I gave these a try for the first time for a bunch of posters that I needed to hang for some walls that have a stucco surface that is tough to hang anything on. These were great to apply to the wall, hang on the wall surface just like promised and came off of the surface without leaving a mark just like promised. We also used them on glass and a wooden door surface. The cons of the item were that when you peeled them off the sheet and then applied them to the back of your item, the backing paper on the tape was very tough to get off. The backing paper was the same size as the tape, so you had difficulty separating the tape from the backing paper. The backing paper needs to be slightly bigger than the tape so you can easily pull it off. The other issue was when I pulled it off the back of my poster, it didn't stay in a nice little circle shape. It rolled up. So yes, you can reuse it again, but it won't be in the same, nice round circular shape that it came in originally. It will be a lump of sticky stuff that you can apply to the back of your next object--but now how do you store it? I ended up throwing all of those used ones away. ⭐ - “Removable” and “No Trace” are Complete Lies Don’t be fooled by the marketing claims. These are advertised as “removable” and “no trace” but they absolutely destroyed my walls when I tried to take down my decorations. They ripped off paint and damaged the drywall in multiple spots, requiring extensive repair work. The irony is that I specifically bought these BECAUSE they claimed to be wall-safe and removable. Instead, I’m now dealing with joint compound, sanding, and repainting. If the product can’t deliver on its core promise - being removable without damage - then it’s completely worthless. Actually worse than worthless since now I have to pay to fix my walls. Save your money and your walls. Look for actual removable products like Command strips that have a proven track record. This product is falsely advertised and I would not recommend it to anyone who values their walls. ... show more
