Its quiet compared to my Spectre S1 pump.Cute design and hands-free, so I can nurse and pump at the same time.Fits fairly well in your bra and stays put for the most part.The pumping is very gentle but enough to get my milk.For the price compared to all the other ones it's pretty amazing, and customer service is very excellent by replying my email very fast.It leaked a bit at first time they told me the incorrect installation of the duck bill will cause the leaking,and reason why the duck bill valve is easy to loose is that it is not disassembled and directly disinfected when it is heated on the PP material.I do as they suggested and tried two times to put all the pieces in the right place,it does not leak.I just plug them in after every use, and have no issues. I would definitely start off with this one being your first portable pump.

This is so handy, I’m so glad I got it. I had been looking at other hands free breast pumps but they all were insanely expensive and I couldn’t justify that kind of purchase for something that might not be a good pump. These are really easy to assemble, easy to clean, and customer service responded very quickly when I asked if they had smaller flange sizes (it comes with 27mm but I needed a 21mm - the inserts came in about a week). I was afraid the pump wouldn’t be good quality because of the price, but it works just as well as my Ameda MyaJoy pump. Highly recommend!!

Update: the customer service reached out to try to make it right, so I'll give them credit for trying, but it's a bit too late in my pumping journey to mess around with the product any further. Edit: problem persists, so it's useless to me. My hard earned milk keeps spilling. I threw it out. Works nicely for the price, but be extra careful not to hit the tab on the bottom. There is a lip that helps you take it apart, but it tests on my bra and has caused me to spill milk all over myself. I think the placement of the tab was really poorly planned. I'm probably going to cut it off so I don't lose anymore milk. Other than that I have nothing negative to say. It's nice for being handsfree, but probably wouldn't use as my main pump.

This product works. I had my doubts. It fits nicely in your bra and you can walk around and do things in the house like dishes, laundry. Chase after my two year old, lol. Points: 5 suction strengths as well as five message strengths. (I do wish the suction of the highest level was stronger but this does work just takes longer to get the milk out, but since you can walk around your house its not as big of a deal to pump fast) Easy to Clean and Put Back Together: (There are a few pieces, but it nice to beable to be able to thoroughly clean the product.) Love the mobility with this pump. You can do your work and no big deal. Adamantly I wouldn't wear this in public its loud and of course bulky, but around the house to do chores or work on the computer etc its perfect. P.S it is a double pump but the pumps are delivered separately I got one in the mail and was worried the sellar got back with me quickly and told me the other pump was in the mail so it has two tracking numbers. Also I wouldn't us this as your main pump I would def. have another pump with harder suction available I feel like this is a nice option to pump with when I'm busy but I do get more milk faster with my sit-down pump (medulla brand).

LOVE THIS PUMP!! I debated on getting the Willow, but so glad I didn't. This one is wonderful. I just needed a pump to do things around the house without being tied to a bunch of cords. This pump is comfortable to wear and use, has multiple settings, and super easy to clean. Also, I put out the same amount of milk in half the time compared to my Medela. If you're on the fence, just go ahead and buy it! You won't be sorry. Edited: the customer service is wonderful! I messaged them regarding one of the batteries. They are very responsive and their warranty is legit!

I couldn’t use this! I wanted so much to like them and use them because I HATE pumping. But they’ve just sat in my shelf after several failed attempts and of course I can’t return them. They did extract milk. They were hard to line up and very hard to tell if they were fitting properly but had good suction and functioned well. I’m large chested though and they just did NOT fit even with the bra extenders and the pump part constantly got dislodged from the container/pump part and would fall off especially on one side. I’m so disappointed for the money I wasted on them. They probably would work better on a smaller chested person but the shape just doesn’t work. Wish I could return them.

I am an exclusive pumper and got excited at the idea of being wireless and not having to pay for the big brand name prices. However, let me save you your time and money, this product does not work. As soon as this came, I charged it up and decided to test it at home to learn how it works before I used it in harder places. Well my breasts were pretty full and I started pumping. Not at all a fine of the patterns that it does and the fact that each side work separately so they are always doing different things, it is not easy to get them synced to the same rhythm which I found distracting. Also, while you are pumping, it's pretty impossible to see how much milk is getting collected so I decided to trust the process and just keep pumping my normal amount of time (45 minutes). At the end of the time, I took them off and poured them in the bottle and got just barely an ounce on each side!!! I should have gotten waaay more! The suction is barely there but it also doesn't pull milk often enough with the patterns of the way it pumps. I tried multiple settings and read through the instructions and there was no way to fix this. I typically use a medela so I'm used to a consistent pumping motion not just like a little suckle. After I used this I had to go pump with my other pump and got all my milk. Moral of the story, don't waste your time or money! It doesn't work and then you gotta still pump or feed because I was still full. If I could give 0 stars I would because it does not work and I was really ready to LOVE it but sadly it's a nope.
