I did have some trouble installing due to the fitness for my '03 Highlander. Fortunately, no modification is needed. The brackets to fill the side gaps are needed because the length of the factory radio is longer than this. Wiring requires special harness in combination with filter box so the speakers can be connected and to eliminate noise ( I still have some noise due to a factory amplifier, but tolerable). The screen is very reactive to touch so that's good. One issue I notice is the device not recognizing the phone when I plug in before turning on the car. I'll have to turn on the car, wait for the unit to boot up (~10 sec) then connect the phone so it can recognize it. I'd give this a 3.5 stars. ... show more

    • This is a typical Chinese cheap product but they have good quick support
Not a true double din so a standard town car mounting kit does not fit some of the best software features only work with pre 10.1 Android on your phone They sent me a firmware update that allowed to work with my phone!!!!!!! very simple to do. Only one USB connector but you need it for android auto so you can't play MP3 at the same time. The holes to attach the mounting bracket are not tapped for the provided screws. More to come if I can ever install it. ... show more

The support department is good. As far as the radio goes I get no reception. The support department purchased an antenna amplifier which did nothing for the radio I still get static on all my local stations. Definitely not happy with this purchase. This radio was sent to me to replace the previous radio and was supposed to be an upgrade to the one I had bought prior. The prior radio was fantastic other than a red line that developed on the touch screen. This radio was supposed to be an upgrade and I do not see it being an upgrade due to the fact I get no reception. ... show more

Love this product was a bd gift for My son he looovves it. It's a touch screen,he send it to the shop to install right away money well spent. Although there were missing pieces like 1 of the most important parts, microphones and some other piece, tried calling. But i had a reall really hard time to get to them. Amozon did promise to have them call me but they never got back to me. Another lost with them. ... show more

    • Modernizing my old Toyota minivan
The media could not be loaded. Works great! Touchscreen is responsive. Was able to use a Toyota logo for startup. Camera looks good. Carplay works just fine. Stereo sounds good and radio still works fine. Steering wheel buttons are programmable. Only thing I've had an issue with is that some of them are not working so I'm getting a replacement unit to see if it's an issue with the system or perhaps faulty installation or wiring on my part. Otherwise no complaints! I highly recommend the system it has many great features and makes my old van look and feel like new! ... show more

Love the way it looks and the design however it is hard to install and mine required an additional harness that I’ve yet to find for 04 Silverado

It has carplay but you have to have the phone connected to it using a USB cord which is very disappointing because of its price
