The media could not be loaded. The first impression was great as all the parts and accessories are well arranged & packed in a box with a dedicated compartment for each. And, everything was wrapped in small covers making it very appealing and safe packaging. Coming to the pumps, these worked fine for my wife and were comfortable at the middle suction level. I would not recommend this if you have a tight budget. Pros: - Both sucking and massage mode options with 9 suction level adjustment - Has anti-backflow design so that pump milk doesn't flow back upward - Overall very quiet operation - Controls are fancy and intuitive experiences. Has indicator lights for battery percentage, modes, or suction level - Has rechargeable batteries and 2 hours of charge can provide up to 140 minutes of working time - Comes with multiple flanges making it easier to use - Every part is BPA free - The overall product feels solid and well-built. The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent item to give to the mother-to-be at her baby shower. It is my understanding that my expecting niece wants to nurse her child. She needs to replenish all of her baby gear because her first child will soon turn eight. The massaging mode on this electric pump generates soothing heat to aid in the lactating process. The traction suction and pumping mode effectively eliminates backflow, while the bionic mode intuitively mimics infant sucking. It's perfect for nursing women because the LED smart screen shows battery life and pauses the pump with a swipe. There are also nine levels of intensity. You can wear it on one or both of your breasts, depending on your preference. When fully charged, it can be used for well over two hours without requiring another recharge. Knowing that it is made from BPA-free, food-grade silicone might put mom's mind at ease.

Mafeed Breast Pump Here are a few things to look for in a breast pump: 1. Adequate suction. Hospital grade would be anything more than 300 mmHg. Below that would probably be fine for occasional pumping but not for exclusive pumping or building supply. This pump has four modes - massage, breast pumping, realistic breast pumping, and traction. Massage, breast pumping and realistic breast pumping all have 9 levels. Traction mode has 4 levels. Cannot find any information on the mmHg. 2. Comfortable suction. A lot of time this comes down to the fit of the flange, so it would be necessary to have the option to switch them out, they’re not one size fits all. This pump comes with one flange that is 24 mm, and two flange inserts 18 mm and 21 mm. It says to go to Mafeed Breast Shields .com for other sizes, but that is not a site. 3. Easy controls. Easy to switch between letdown and expression mode, adjust pressure/speed, check time. Auto-shutoff after 30 min is good. It’s easy to switch between the different modes however, it does not have an auto shut off after 30 minutes. It will shut off after 30 minutes if not in use. 4. Easy to find replacement parts. Spectra and Medela parts are available most widely, so compatibility with those is helpful. I could not find any replacement parts online. 5. Quiet. Especially at work you don’t want to be super noisy. This breast pump has 40 dBA. That’s not bad, but it’s not the quietest out there. 6. Portable. Either long cords or long lasting batteries that keep a charge through multiple pump sessions while away. One charge can be used for 140 minutes/5~6 sessions. 7. A nice option is to pump directly into bags but I don’t think this is a dealbreaker for most. This pump does not have this option, but you can pump directly into bottles. 8. Hands free… I don’t think any wearable pumps can compete with a standalone. But if it checks the other boxes, they might have improved since I have been out of the pumping game a couple years. This is a hands-free model, however, it is not as compact as other hands-free wearable pumps. 9. Affordable This pump is $60 for double pumps. This is a lot less expensive than other pumps. But again you don’t get the bells and whistles, such as a phone app, a little more power, longer battery life, etc. This is a very good budget pump however.

These are comfortable, with plenty of settings. 40-db is about the same noise level as most, which is a little loud for my sense of privacy in a public setting. The flanges have a cute floral pattern imprinted around the edge.

The idea of wearable pumps can be deceiving. I do like that this is cordless, so getting around the house is much easier than with a corded version. However, there just isn't a whole lot you can do while using this. Not a fault of the product, just how it is I suppose with "wearable" pumps. I will say, having a good pumping bra is helpful to keep this in place for a good suction. I do like that it comes with multiple sizes of the flanges and has several modes and strengths.
