I just wanted to post that I had high hopes for this to give my energy level a big boost. I have a great work level already, but with graduation coming, I was hoping to notice a boost, I didn't notice a change. What was strange was that I found myself yawning at about 4 pm, really strange as I am not a yawner. It was almost like my body was telling me to get taking the second set of pills for the day. The other, I started having headaches, which I had a weird inkling that it was my body wanting me to take this! (Since I didn't see any effects, I wasn't good about taking it anymore and then I would get headaches). So, I would take a dose in hopes that the headache would go away. It may have been the cause, but maybe not. I won't buy this product again due to not noticing any huge energy boosts, as well as the above mentioned quirks while taking the product. But, it may work for the next person. If you are considering it, try it and I hope that it works for you! ... show more

These were recommended to me for perimenopausal fatigue. These are very EXPENSIVE, and compared to caffeine, these might as well be sleeping pills. The ingredients may be nutritious, but for hard-core caffeine addicts, they are NOT that stimulating.

Found something that keeps me from wanting to nap all the time! Can cause you to be a little jittery. I had to learn the how many and when trick. Seems to change some days but that's probably me. In the beginning I took more but after a month I was able to go down to one a day.
