It arrived with a broken foot peg from the shipping container but was otherwise unharmed as they are packaged extremely well. It was easy to put togather, I love this thing! So far, the company has been great to deal with.. everyone seems very professional. I got on their website and ordered the 3000w conversion kit. They have a bunch of other models to choose from as well as a sidecar that bolts on. This is not cheap junk.. this is a well made, very sturdy bike that will probably last for years if taken care of properly. I'm loving it! ... show more

I have been riding this e bike for almost three months, and it has been very positive for my needs. It’s getting me to and from work, and every where else. The best way I can describe this is with a pro and con system. The Pros: it’s very reliable it can go almost anywhere, the build quality is very good, and I don’t have to worry about gas prices. The Cons: since this is an e bike it will not replace a conventional motorcycle, it slows to a crawl when going up hills, and its best for a urban commute not for rural areas so if you live outside of city limits it’s not fun when the battery dies. I have had a problem with this product right from the beginning. I’ve had it for two months and still cannot ride it . The company first told me it was user error. Ha. What a joke. They keep telling me to do impossible things. I’m 70 years young but cannot so the things they want. Video this , get a meter for that etc etc. NO WAY… I didn’t pay $2800 to buy a product that I have to fix before I can use it …Do not buy this product. Two friends I know bought one as well and BOTH HAVE PROBLEMS…. Right from the beginning. My friends shut off when he rides it. Mine I cannot ride due to a warped wheel /brake pad right out of the box and they are telling me it’s my fault. Bad customer service. I’m not happy at all ... show more

Just got mine a few day ago and it is awesome. I plan on using it mainly to get back and forth to work and home but also just to ride around town. It has pretty good mileage and the ride is super smooth and fun. And I had a great customer service representative

I was having problems with the scooter shutting down. They sent me parts to replace, I’m not a mechanic and I can’t find anyone to fix the issue. I am telling you don’t buy this product. If you don’t want any headaches don’t buy.
