While it worked as described, I do wish the brightness could be adjusted as needed. I bought it with the intentions of being able to better see tiny details when weeding vinyl, but it doesn’t always see that purpose effectively. Works great with lighter color vinyl, but in not using it as much as I anticipated. Can’t complain too much, considering it was less than $20.

This product works wonders and makes weeding so much easier! The light box is super bright but also dims down to the perfect brightness. It uses a USB-C, so you can totally get a longer cord to use where you want to use it.

Decent Light Pad, but Has a Few Drawbacks The Dorhui A4 Light Pad works fairly well for tracing and vinyl weeding, and I appreciate how slim and lightweight it is. The adjustable brightness is a nice touch and really helps when working with darker materials. However, I found that the brightness doesn’t get quite as intense as I’d hoped, especially when working with thicker paper. It’s also very sensitive to touch—the power button can be accidentally triggered pretty easily, which interrupts your workflow. Overall, it’s an okay product for casual or beginner use, but if you’re doing a lot of detailed or heavy-duty work, you might want to consider something a bit more robust.

What an amazing product for the price and EXCELLENT customer service as well. I had an issue with the first product I received and I was provided excellent customer service right off the bat after emailing the company. I couldn't scream out loud how surprised and honored I was to be treated so well. This product is AMAZING! Who needs a fancy $100+ lightbox to weed your products when you can spend a FRACTION of the cost and get the same thing. Sure, it's a little "flimsy" but honestly, you're spending a small fraction of what you're spending on the (insert fancy name brand here) for the same thing. The tools are VERY high quality and nicely made as well. I put them all in a pencil case and they provide you everything you need to weed some very intricate vinyl or paper cut designs! I would recommend this to anyone who is in a bind, wants something to allow a little light behind their products to easily weed them!
