The product is fine but the instructions and related picture omit a vital part (which is included). Notice in my picture: a larger screw closer to the wall and a very small screw. The small screw is NOT addressed in the instructions and without it installed, the product is unsatisfactory--it's the pivot point and one should be installed on both the top and bottom sides. To install first install the large screw (after you have attached the wall mount to the wall) then have the wall mount and doorbell holder both at 0 degrees (they're at 35 degrees in my picture)--if you don't have them at 0 degrees the small screw will not line up with the mating hole in the wall bracket. A plus as opposed to the stock wall bracket is extra wiring space in this unit's wall bracket. ... show more

Worked pretty well for the Eufy doorbell. I wanted 45 degree angle. I was able to use this frame with the 15 degree frame that comes with the doorbell. It required some additional drilling to match the holes but was somehow able to get it working.

I have Eufy for my entire security system. This doorbell is hands down the worst part of the product line by far. The activity zones do not work. The “humans only” does not work. The adjustment of sensitivity does not work. I’m 30 emails back and forth with support and all I get is told to upload screenshots, logs, and videos. 3+ months and no resolve. If the doorbell is a “must have” product for you and it needs to integrate with the rest of the system, I would highly advise you look elsewhere. ... show more

Works, but still annoying to use This clips on to the eufy camera just like the regular holder that comes with the camera (typical one that you put on wall), which is great. Unfortunately I found the pivoting action a bit annoying to adjust and use. Now that annoying part aside, this got the job done. Once I installed it and put the camera in at the angle I wanted, it's basically just staying there doing the job I needed from it. I did originally just want a wedge that had a specific angle, but I wasn't sure about what exact angle I wanted, and this is what saved me the hassle of ordering multiple items that I would just return. Is it worth the money? Sure if it solves your problem. It did the job for me, not necessarily the easiest to use or adjust, but it works and is holding the camera just like I needed. ... show more

Product looks reliable and very good however it did not fit my camera. Well, it looks dirty and durable, it is made out of very strong plastic and it looks like it is very high-quality. It’s a great amount for cameras that need to tilt back-and-forth.

This doorbell mount is a good option if you're looking to get more angle than what the standard wedge included with your doorbell camera provides. It locks securely into the plastic housing, and I was able to remove it using the tool that came with the camera without any issues. My main concern, though, is security. While I get that the Eufy doorbells can technically be removed by anyone with the right release key, this particular mount makes it even easier, anyone with a standard Phillips or flathead screwdriver could walk up and remove your doorbell. There’s nothing stopping them. It really would have benefited from including a security screw or fastener. That one small addition would’ve made a big difference in how secure I felt the doorbell camera was. If you need more angle from your doorbell camera, this mount does the job, but I’d highly recommend swapping out the included screws for security screws to better protect your device. ... show more
