    • Beautiful, but MUCH harder for me to assemble than it like in the video

Here are my tips for assembling that differ somewhat from the instructions and from the assembly video on YouTube: 1) Make sure the fabric is aligned with the ends of the channels of the outer frame BEFORE connecting the the upper and lower outer pieces together 2) I found it easier to then connect the upper and lower pieces before inserting the ribs, which the instructions say to do at the end. 3) The ribs are harder to bend into alignment than it looks. I found that pressing on the center of the rib after inserting into the base and then twisting into alignment helped I've done this twice now. The first the cable came out of the channel in a way I couldn't get back in, so I returned it. The second was properly set up but still took an awful lot of elbow grease to make go (I'm large). Thisis a dangerous product do not buy the metal pieces inside awning fall down and will not stay put canvas stretches due to sun and the fall out and can cause damage to your head when they fall out
