Pretty solid plate loaded cable machine. REALLY fast shipping and tracking information. Packaging was really solid. Here is my honest review. A few of the part brackets were bent and had to be bent back straight for install. Also some of the paint started to crackle (nothing was over tightened) Hardware was all included and easily labeled however no wrench was supplied (no big deal). Instructions were decently written but was easier to look at the pictures instead of reading it. I put it together alone ... and do no recommend. 2 people would be best as the directions state. For the functionality of this machine, so far I have done 4 exercises on this and it seems to work as designed. It is a little wobbly, but not bad AT ALL.. its due to the height. If the pully is all the way in the lowest setting and you are pulling upwards with a heavy-ish weight.. the front will lift off of the ground (think goblet squat with the square handle) If it were bolted down this would not happen. Attachments supplied are pretty decent quality. The long pull down bar is really nice, as well as the square attachment. Lastly please note that the cables are different from right to left. The right side has a U style with a bolt through for a chain to be connected. The left is a traditional eye-loop. I do not think this will be an issue when doing chest fly's. Would for sure buy again for the price point. Am a happy buyer. ... show more

I was surprised of the quality for a ~$500 rack. Assembly took about 4 hours (alone), instructions were clear and I love that the hardware was separate packed for step 1-4 , 5-9 ... etc after about 15 workouts everything is still moving smooth and nothing is loose or wobbely.

I spent months researching different budget-friendly functional trainers/cable crossovers. I was just about to purchase a machine that was hundreds more than this one, and I happened to stumble across this. Once I had it unboxed, I knew I made the right purchase. The build quality is fantastic and the instructions were incredibly thorough and detailed. It's heavy, stable and looks awesome in my garage gym. Took me about 4 hours or so to install (took my time). One thing I would suggest is using some silicone based lubricant on the guide rods. Would be nice if they included some. this machine is great for the price. it is pretty sturdy and you can load plates to weigh it down or has holes to bolt to ground. I was unhappy about the ball stopper on the upper cable not having backing on one side (this is to make it possible to run the cable through the openings) they now make better options- they literally covered the cost to get a cable that i was happy with. some of the best customer service I've dealt with, quick responses and they stand by their product. ... show more

My favorite machine at the gym is the cable machine. I was excited to finally own one at home and do my entire workout at home. This crossover machine needs weight plates so keep that in mind. You will lose the quick ability to adjust weights but that is fine with me. This isn’t $2000 dollars! This has 2 cable machines with adjustable heights. This is great for many exercises including side stepping and walking with a belt. You get about 8-9 feet of cable to walk with. That was a huge bonus to me as I’m recreating the physical therapy exercises I’d do at PT after an injury. So this pays for its self in so many ways! Building it took 3-4 hours but I built it by myself using clamps to hold bars together as I fastened the other side. You really need 2 people to build this to be safe. Anyway, I’m very happy with my purchase and this deserves a 5/5. ... show more
