I purchased this because it came with a cover (other crate options didn't come with a cover) and I'm glad I did! For first time fur parents that are crate training newbs, a cover is essential because it removes visual stimuli and offers a calm space for your dog to relax in. Without a cover, they're still on alert to their environment - kinda like sleeping with one eye open, lol. The cover fits like a glove and I love the "window shades" (areas where you can roll up a section without taking the cover off) that are built in. I use it for both crate training and as my dog's "bedroom." For crate training, this is perfect. The crate comes as a 2 piece unit, the wire frame comes collapsed so is easy to assemble, and the tray can easily be put in/removed. Weight wise, it's not light but also not too heavy, and the size is perfect for my medium size 20 lb dog. When I'm home, we use the crate as his "bedroom" by leaving the door open. He loves it and enjoys being able to choose when he wants to rest there (which is often!). In this scenario, I usually end up bumping into the open door a lot since there's no way to take the door off/on. A minor inconvenience but it would have been clutch to have the option to remove a door so it's not in the way! Despite that, I still think they deserve a 5-star review for quality, durability, weight, ease of cleaning and foldability.

Great Dog Crate! I've only had this crate for about a week now but I have to say that my dog loves it and so do I. I had purchased one that was a soft crate with a frame and zippers about two years ago but the dog was able to scratch some holes in the window netting and she eventually broke the zippers so I decided to purchase this one. There is no way she can get out but she can still see out the sides so I think this one will last for years. The price was reasonable. The doors are very easy to open, not for the dog to open. It is well made. Assembly was super easy. The canvas cover is nice and sturdy so it won't rip or tear. And you can remove it and wash it in the washer if needed. I would highly recommend this product.

This crate arrived yesterday and although was expecting a quality produced based on the other reviews, we were still surprised. After releasing one clip, lifting one side and positioning each end it was assembled in about 2 minutes....super easy! The metal is sturdy and has a high quality glossy black coating, but is still light enough for one person to carry. The latches on both doors are secure and can be unlatched without issue. The cover fits perfectly, the flaps roll up nicely and the velcro fasteners are strong enough to keep everything in place. We are very pleased with the quality and look of this crate. Now just hoping the dog training process goes as smoothly as this purchase.

I was torn between plastic crate or this metal crate and I am glad I got this metal crate. I don't like plastic crate because my yorkie likes to chew specially plastic thing she sees and I am afraid she will chew the plastic crate and she get a hold of a lose screw when she chew the crate. I bought it for when we go on vacation for my yorkie. She had a metal crate before but was way too big and she did good on the metal crate before. This 30 inch works great because I want her to have a bed, pee pad and small bowl to fit in the crate. This is the perfect size. For this reasons, smaller crate may not be ideal. 30 inch is perfect for small dog. I am ordering another one so she has the same crate when we go out of state and my relative will keep the crate ready for her. Only square small bed is ideal for this crate. I got her the hexagon shape bed and it is too big. One plus about this crate, it comes with cover. I am sure she will love this crate. It seems sturdy and good quality. And the price is right.

This Donoro collapsible, metal crate is very easy to open and close. The handle on the top is convenient as it makes it easy to move. I like the convenience of it having 2 doors. This was extremely helpful when I was exposing her to the crate. She was able to enter and exit the crate from the front as well as the side door. I also liked that it came with a crate cover. However, as it was designed with velcro straps, my puppy has found a way to chew at them which releases them from the crate. I feel that the quality of the metal crate is good. I feel that my puppy is safe and comfortable when in the crate. I also like that it comes in 4 different sizes to meet your dogs needs. I do feel it is a bit pricey!

If you need a kennel that is easy to use this one is definitely it. Breaks down so easy, folds up nicely with a convenient little latch that holds it together and a handle for carrying. The cover fits so well and looks so nice. Gives your dog a quiet retreat. Would recommend and would definitely buy again.

With recently acquiring 2 Collie puppies, we needed 2 dog houses to house them. These are perfect with the covers! They are well made with I would assume medium gauge wire, and welded, then coated. The plastic liners, are thick and durable, and easily resist chewing marks. We are not cage training, and use these as the puppies doghouse in out kitchen. They seam to be indifferent to anything on them. The cover zip in the corners and easily fit over the cage (not a tight fit) which makes installation and removal easy. They are held in place by velcro strips at the bottom for the cover. Edit: after setting up the second of these and looking at the wire construction size, I would revise this to say it is Heavy Duty and not Medium Duty. The wire size is approximately 1/8" dia CR steel, coated/painted. I would recomend this to others, as I have 2 for my 2 Collie puppies. They love it. The only think we can fin fault in these is that they do not have straps to hold the door flaps on the cover up. but i guess the dogs would constantly chew/attack them. I would recommend, and give 5 stars!

This is a great crate! It comes with a cover, which helps keep it dark and cozy at night for our puppy. The two-door design — one in the front and one on the side — makes it easy to place anywhere and still access your dog easily. The doors open smoothly, which is super helpful for quick in-and-outs throughout the day. The removable bottom tray makes cleaning a breeze, and the crate itself is lightweight, folds up nicely, and is easy to move when needed. It’s functional for everyday dog needs, and honestly, the quality for the price makes it a great value. Highly recommend!
