Description

The DonJoy LO Lite Wrap-Around Back Support Brace measures 9" high, and effectively addresses a variety of acute and chronic lower back and spinal conditions. It provides support for mild lower back pain, from the L1 through L5 lumbar vertebrae, lower back sprains and strains, and herniated disc or degeneration. By simply pulling the side handle, you can quickly tighten or loosen the compression panels. The compression panels help keep the back support in position, so it will not ride up or move around while wearing it. This lightweight back support features a low profile design, allowing it to be worn over, between or underneath clothing. It features an outer meshing which allows heat to escape without compromising stability. Universal design allows the DonJoy LO Lite Wrap-Around Back Support Brace to be used by both men and women.

I have had one of these for years. I recently had a second lumbar fusion. The brace that Kasier gave me was painful, with a hard plastic piece over the wound. (I assume it was a purchase which was made by Kaiser Corporate, without any practical knowledge). So I am now using my Donjoy brace, which works perfectly with minimal pain. It is good and cooler to the body but fit is larger so a little more cumbersome. I bought my last one from back surgeon . Same company. It works well and offers support.

Rides up immediately with sitting and the adjuster is only one strap so you cannot tighten the lower and upper areas separately which is an issue especially if you need more support in the lower spine

This is the exact same back brace I got from my Surgeon's office... 3 Years ago and I still wear it! While I'm at work, grocery shopping or. Anywhere I have to stand for long periods (which can be very painful). This is the best support I've found. I've tried all kinds!
