Light, soft, keep you cool. I purchased this pillow because I have bulging disks in my neck and the regular pillow was aggravating it. I needed support for my head and neck to be able to sleep. Queen size was perfect for me and I am 5,5”in , if you are taller or have a big frame you might need the king size. I absolutely love it! I’m mostly a side sleeper and have had neck and back pain for years as well as reoccurring migraines. I have tried over a dozen pillows and can attest to this pillow. Pros: When you first lay down, you can feel the pressure being released from your neck. The pillow is nice and firm and keeps your neck and head in place and secure throughout the night. It also has curves that allow for you to put your arms up at your side which is a great design compared to most of the options I’ve tried. If you move a lot when you sleep this can be an ideal pillow as it will help navigate you back into the position it was designed for your neck to be in. And if You’re a side sleeper like me this helps alleviate the strain on your shoulder and arms. Cons: The bottom of the pillow where your neck sits is too long and causes my neck stretch in an unnatural way. At first I thought it was helpful but after numerous uses this seems to tension in my neck. In conclusion I think this is a great option if you’re having neck pain and trouble sleeping. I almost gave up on this pillow but considering how many I have tried I decided to give it a second chance and pushed thru the few days of uncomfort and you will become used to the pillow and will help you from tossing and turning. Over the last 3 months, I have purchased and returned 8 different cervical pillows (not including this one). And this did end up being the overall winner. I’ll be honest, this wasn’t the final one I bought. In fact, at first I didn’t want to keep it. It worked wonders for my snoring, I was tossing and turning less, and when I did turn, I would naturally move into the ideal place for the position I was in. Furthermore, the curves that allow for you to put your arms up at your side are the best designed out of any of the options I tried. However, the first several days, I did wake up with really bad neck pain that persisted throughout most of the day. At first, it was enough to look for other options. But the other options were either to soft and not supportive enough, or only really good if you were sure to stay sleeping on your back all night. So I eventually decided to give this another try, and I am so glad I did. This definitely feels different and is a much firmer pillow than most others. And it is higher up, which probably contributed to the neck pain initially. But after a few more nights sleep with it, either I just got used to it, or maybe was making sure I was in the most ideal position compared to before. No matter what the reason is, I am glad I stuck with it. After 3-4 nights tops, I have yet to wake up with the neck pain like I had at first. And I’m not tossing and turning, snoring much less, and overall just getting a better nights sleep ... show more

I have tried so many different types of pillows in the past years. I came across the DONAMA Cervical Pillow while killing time looking on amazon. I first put the pillow in one of my many wish lists and forgotten about it. One morning waking up with a sore neck and tight shoulders once again, I remembered about the pillow and bought it. After a few days of trying it out I went back to my orders and got one for my husband. That's how much I better I was feeling in the morning. The worst part I (actually my husband) had noticed is that I am normally a side sleeper but since getting the pillow I have been sleeping a bit more on my back. i really enjoy this pillow throughout the whole night’s rest. whenever i first lay down, i can feel the pressure being released from my neck. the only thing i would change is from the bottom of the pillow (where your neck is) to the dip in the center (where your head lays) be shorter in length. i feel like i really have to stretch my neck out to get my head to fit in the center where the button is. but while i stretch my neck out like that, it does take some pressure off, however, it not practical for me to stay like that all night long. i might also make the pillow a little taller/thicker and different options of firmness. it’s definitely a softer pillow than what i was used to but i adjusted very quickly with no problems. i would purchase again and recommend to a friend. ... show more

I got this after I started having vertigo attacks and could not sleep with a regular pillow. I really like the versatility of this pillow. Depending on the kind of day I’m having, if I require more or less incline/support, I can easily rotate this pillow for maximum comfort.
