I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for several years, and this is the first pillow that has genuinely eased the pain and stiffness I was waking up with. One feature I really appreciate is that the pillow has two different height options built into the contour design. It lets you choose the side that gives you the best elevation and alignment. I use the slightly higher side, and it has been perfect for supporting my neck as a side sleeper. The pillow feels soft but very supportive, and the queen size gives a generous surface area. The memory foam holds its shape extremely well, and I had no adjustment period at all – I slept comfortably from the very first night. Since using this pillow, my neck pain and stiffness have improved significantly, and the cooling pillowcase is a nice bonus. This is best pillow I ever had. It really supports my head and cervical spine. I sleep throughout the night and absolutely no neck /shoulder pain when I get up. Also my hands aren’t numb during the night because of the tremulous support . The pillow keeps me cool all thru the night. I highly recommend this pillow for people that have cervical problems. It’s lightweight and terrific quality . It’s well worth the money .

When I first started using this pillow, I honestly felt some discomfort — it was hard, a bit awkward, and even made my neck hurt for the first few nights. But I decided to give it a real try, and I’m so glad I did! After a few days, my body adjusted, and now I sleep so well. The ergonomic design really supports the neck and head beautifully. My primary recommended a similar pillow for cervical neck pain and headaches. I was skeptical, but as soon as I put my head down on it in the right spot it felt like my head was floating. It took all the pain/pressure/tension from the day instantly while I lay on it. Amazzzing! 10 stars! Also, the pillow case is cooling and super smooth. It is removable to wash. I will never sleep without one. Migraine improvement and wake up without pain.

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding a pillow that keeps me comfy at night but isn't 200$ I've trial and error'd dozens in the last 2 years. I do need a new mattress because i think i have an indent which isn't helping the pillow testing. My problem is that i wake up noticing the pressure spots on my skull. so i hoped this would fare differently. This was the only memory foam one, and it was recommended by a friend. Not as comfy as a high end down fill. But it's better than the poly fill ones that squish into hardened lumps, but i'm not a huge memory foam fan. The foam traps too much heat for me. That said, this holds my head in place as a back sleeper and doesnt lump up underneath my skull. But its also a bit too high and my shoulders ride up on it more than i'd like. I do like the firmness of the side walls for when i happen to roll to one side or another. My head and neck did feel great for the first week or so. But what i end up doing is just rotating this pillow out every couple weeks as I try something else.

This pillow changed my life. For the last year and a half I struggled with neck pain. Doctor visits and therapy and still struggled with neck issues. My last resort was changing my pillow or possibly surgery. I could actually cry writing this. The PILLOW was a miracle for me. I am pain free and I am an advocate for Donna Cervical Neck Pillow. **4 month update** This pillow is very comfortable, however I have stopped using it. This is 100% a me problem. I have a very short neck and so the pillow was just not holding my neck at the correct angle and I was still getting headaches. I would still recommend it, just not to someone who has a short or small neck. As a confessed side/stomach sleeper, this pillow has enough support that it has reduced my neck pain to zero and has oddly given me a lot of reason to sleep on my side nearly as much as I was. It fits in a regular pillowcase without any issue, has no smell, and was priced decently. I feel like I'm falling asleep and staying asleep more.

Very comfortable and the perfect amount of firmness for comfort! I have occipital neuralgia and severe chronic migraines. I can get relief and sleep with this pillow. Perfect height for me. It does like to slide around so you may want to put a pillow case over it.
