The design is unique with a “hole” in the middle for your head. There are 2 “sides” for the right neck height. I ordered a king size and it fit a king pillow case with room to spare. This isn’t a pillow to lean up against in bed due to its shape. It’s sturdy and did not lose its shape. There are “wings” for your arms needed. It did support my neck and was soft. I felt it kept cool despite being a memory foam product. However, that could be due to use of a fan blowing towards my head. I’m a side sleeper. Unfortunately, I had to return as it caused incredible low back pain. I slept on this for about 3 nights. The third night my lower back was screaming in pain. I have back and neck issues, hence why I purchased this product. I went back to my old pillows and low back pain decreased. So, thinking it was a fluke, I tried this new pillow once more. Big mistake. The next morning my lower back was in agony. I’ve never had this issue before with other pillows. This may work for someone with less back and neck issues.
