The media could not be loaded. I LOVE these lights- but more importantly all of my PLANTS love these lights!! A year ago I had zero plants… Not that I had t tried here & there, but between my tendency to overwater & the lack of reliable, quality sunlight into my home, any plants I bought would slowly die. I refer to myself as someone with a “black thumb”: I don’t really know what I’m doing, I just muddled along the best I knew. THESE LIGHTS HAVE BEEN A GAME CHANGER!! Behold, the pics of my crowded little corner that I now lovingly refer to as “My Jungle”. Yes, it is chaotic, and it is a mess… I actually just returned from buying some potting soil & planters so that I can repot some of my babies and distribute them over a couple areas of the house. BUT, this was literally all possible due to a cheap plant shelving unit I purchased on Amazon, then rigged with a single set of DOMMIA 50W Multirole RCW light panels. There are 4 panels in total, all hooked up to a single power source/timer/controller combo. As you can see, I hung one panel on 4 different shelves using some “silicone zip ties” (also purchased on Amazon). I knew that the clips included with these lights wouldn’t work… They’re plastic clips with adhesive backs, and there’s no way they’d reliably stick to the wood slats on my little shelving unit. The adjustable silicone zip ties allowed me to easily mount the panels to several of the shelves, while ALSO allowing me to leave a little gap between the panel & wood to allow air circulation & cooling. Fortunately, these panels don’t get overly warm, but who wants to take a chance with their home, pets & people, right? Better to err on the side of safety! It’s not the most sophisticated setup, but you can always get plain clear or white silicone ties instead of the bright colors I bought- I just got what was cheapest at the time :-) I highly recommend this option if you’re not super fussy about how things look, and instead just want a safe, reliable way to affix your panels to a slatted or wire shelf surface. I can confirm that my plants all love these lights- even my large floor plants (monstera & fiddle leaf) “reach” for these lights and grow toward them. Because Ive been short on panels, I rotate my plants a big every week or so to try and ensure that everyone is growing evenly and getting their share of light… Now that my 2nd order of “50W Multirole RCW“ lights arrived today, I’m anxious to get everyone repotted and more evenly distributed so that these awesome lights can better “spread the love” and help my plants keep growing! I still have a lot to learn, but believe me, these “50W Multirole RCW“ lights will help up your chances for success no matter what you’re growing!! I did order a simple 2 panel set from DOMMIA, but I just didn’t like them as much. For me, the controller/timer/power source combo on the “50W Multirole RCW“ specifically is what REALLY makes these lights so amazing… The settings & timing options are varied enough that you even folks who have crazy schedules or are away from home working long hours can provide reliable light cycles to keep plants healthy. As someone who is chronically stressed out/anxious, one of my favorite things during the day is to pull up a chair to “My Jungle” and check all the plants, seeing how everyone is doing, who has new leaves or pups- all the plant people will understand this I’m sure :-) Finally, no one gave me or gifted me these lights- I paid for them with my own hard-earned cash! If you’re like me and aren’t sure what lights to get, either because you’re new to plants, or because there’s just so many options out there, I can heartily recommend giving these lights a try as long as you think you can mount them safely around your plant babies<3 DOMMIA “50W Multirole RCW“ lights forever, y’all!

**UPDATE** After I posted the original review, the seller reached out to take care of the problem. For their great customer service, I'm increasing it from 2 to 4 stars. These lights worked GREAT for about 8 months and then they started flickering. The flickering got worse over a few days until they wouldn't stay on at all. They were exactly what I needed because I could connect them and they stuck to the underside of a shelf. And my indoor plants were thriving. Now I'm going to have to spend more money to replace them with something else. I really wish they would have lasted.

I had these lights running on a timer every day for two years before they stopped working. Just purchased again- they're super easy to replace because you can snap the light plate off of the clips and put the new lights in without having to rewire your whole pant set up. Recommend!

***Update: seller contacted me after seeing we had an issue with the lights and provided a replacement. It's too soon to tell if it will last longer, but they have made updates to the product since the first one we had. I'm very impressed with their customer service! Original review: The lights worked fine, but only lasted a year and 4 months.

They give off a very pleasant color. No they do not get very hot, which was my main concern. My plants LOVE them. Good enough I'm going to buy a 2nd set to replace my funny looking clip-on LED lights lol. Highly recommend

So I own about a dozen of these lights, all bought a month or so apart over the course of a year. While I was initially very happy with the lights (obviously, since I kept buying them), I did notice that they started dying on me after six months. When I tracked how long I'd had each individual light, I found that almost all of them have died after six months of operation. They are all hanging in a open room (no tent to gather heat), and run on a 12-hour cycle. Considering the price, they were good lights and don't regret purchasing them. But seeing as how often I'm having to replace them, I won't be buying anymore. I've decided to spend a bit more and get something nicer. So these will be phased out as each one dies off. If you need a quick, cheap light, and don't need it for very long, these are a good match. But if you're looking for something that is going to last and can be relied on, I would recommend spending a little more to get something nicer. It's all dependant on your needs, your expectations, and how much you're willing to invest. After all, you get what you pay for. I hope this helps.

Nice and easy set up, can hide the panels but not the cords. Two rows of lights on one panel don't light up. Other than that it's fine.
