The shed came in 2 boxes. all parts were included. Instructions are clear. I built a wood 2x4 and plywood floor and dug it into the ground about 2" and made sure it was perfectly level (a days work). To me (a builder) the floor is essential to having a shed with doors that will work properly for years to come. Assemble the floor frame first measure the outside and build your floor an 1/8" larger on all 4 sides. We are elderly and there are a lot of detailed steps to follow but my wife and I were able assemble it in 3 - 6hr days. This shed is replacing a resin shed with its own vinyl floor (flimsy) that didn't last a year in the Arizona heat. I think Domi has done a great job on the design and engineering of this shed. ... show more

This is a very nice shed BUT my installer ran out of screws. He carefully opened everything and there just weren't enough screws to assemble it, as instructed. Fortunately, he had extras and needed at least 35-50 additional screws. Also, every piece is coated with a plastic film (both sides of every piece) that wasn't easy to take off. My husband and I took all the film off the pieces and then supervised with the instructions while two men assembled the shed - it took them at least 7 hours to do so. The instructions are clearly written but extremely detailed and you must follow each step explicitly in order to get through it. It IS metal so if you are doing it in the sun, shade the panels or they will be too hot to handle. We installed it on our deck so just secured it to the level deck surface. Be aware, there is no floor and we'll see how it withstands the salt air of our home town. In a couple of years, we may consider a resin shed but this is a good entry-level option to see if our exercise equipment has found a new home. ... show more

If you like working with a lot of small nuts, bolts, washers and screws then this is the shed you want. There are other sheds out there that are way easier to put together for the same price. If I hadn't opened the boxes and threw them away I would have just sent this back.

We ordered this shed to provide additional storage for our backyard as our garage did not have enough space and it would be too expensive to add on to the garage. This shed was a great purchase for us. It took two people a day to assemble. It was easy to move to the backyard and stake into the ground. The finishes are good quality and we appreciate that it locks and is vented for air flow so we can store lawn tools and toys in there that may be wet/damp. Three people, one of whom is a regional boy scout director who BUILDS STUFF ALL THE TIME, a science teacher, and a playwright (who is being chastised — I.e. sworn at 😬 — for making such a stupid purchase) have spent an entire day struggling to put this thing together. This picture of the ENDLESS NUMBER OF SCREWS is four hours into the project. My husband has a college degree. I have had some college. I say this to illustrate that we are somewhat intelligent and yet it took us 50 hours of labor to put this thing together. Miniscule screws in impossible locations. No holes where there should have been. Holes where they shouldn't have been. Pictures in the instructions were not definitive and we had to tear apart and start over a few times. And yet, miraculously it all came together and the doors shut and the lock worked.
