This is a fun and cute dream house. It is quite the project to assemble and comes with many pieces. The walls are just a cardboard material and some of the stuff that clips on pops off very easily. So if your child is not careful they will constantly be pulling it apart or breaking it down. My daughter especially likes the princesses that came with it and enjoys playing with it quite a bit but I would probably suggest this for slightly older kids than my daughter maybe four or five or older if you want them to actually build it themselves and be able to take it apart and rebuild it in new and fun ways.

This house has so many different options, it can be whatever you make it, literally! It can be a flat with 1 bedroom or 5. Or it can have 2 floors 3 fours or 5! It's 100% adult assembly required and oh boy do I feel like it's going to take quite a bit of time everything to the furniture needs to be put together I honestly don't know how long it's going to last in my house my youngest is quite destructive! I chose not to put it together just yet as it's a gift for my daughter for Christmas and may be a bit hard to hide all out together! For the price is definitely alot but I wish the quality was just a bit more durable and not so easy to take apart! And I don't like how much time I'm going to need to out it together but that's the joy of Christmas right! I would recommend maybe for a child that doesn't have a small destructive brother like mine does and it would do great! I have high hopes it will withstand the small one!

This set came in a tiny box. I thought "no way does this assemble to a large dollhouse", and sure enough, it didn't. The pictures on the advertisement are somewhat deceptive, especially the picture in front of the Christmas tree. This product has a lot of parts to assemble and was somewhat tedious to put together. It wasn't "difficult" to assemble, just tedious. The finished product was small, but it was very cute. I don't know if I would recommend this for children aged 3 (as the box stated for children 3 and up) since there are a lot of small parts. I think it's appropriate for ages 7 and up due to the small size of the pieces and it's generally small size. The furniture and the dolls were cute, the colors were nice and girly and the slide was fun. Its not a bad product, I was just expecting something larger and no real dimensions of a finished dollhouse appear to be provided in the description, at least none that were very clear to the buyer what to expect. The dimensions that were provided appear to be the size of the box that it came in? And again, the pictures depict a much larger dollhouse than what we actually got.

Very cute Dolls and house. Will require adult assistance/assembly. Some pieces come like model cars and will need assembly. walls have cool looking texture and are of ok thickness. Not recommended for younger kids due to some pieces being small enough to swallow and possible coke on. House is nowhere near the size shown but more like 15-inches tall and a couple of feet wide. Not a sturdy old school dollhouse made of wood but for the price it fits. Your child is sure to have fun with all the included characters and parts. Easily fits on a nightstand. Can be setup in a variety of ways. If your child has a big imagination this would provide hours of fun. Issues I did find i the clips that hold walls together are not the sturdiest but if place right and maybe lightly glued you should be good. Could be a bit thicker but like I mentioned before for the price it works and would make a fun gift. Instructions were a bit lacking but it's not very hard to assemble just takes a bit of time 20-40 min depending on your ability's. I found it to be cute and fun for a young/child who likes to play, house.

My daughter has been getting into houses more and loves playing with them. This is a great gift idea if your child likes that too! Easy to set up and looks great.

For this price, I wouldn't recommend this as a gift or for something you would expect to keep at home for a long time. The materials aren't very sturdy and probably won't last very long. Assembly does take some time. My 6 y/o still enjoyed playing with it and has enough other little dolls to fill this up. It includes a good amount of accessories and does look cute enough for the kids to enjoy. I think that with how small the packing box is, this is probably something that could be good to bring as a toy if you're going on a roadtrip somewhere and want to occupy a little one for a while without having to worry about what will happen to the toy.
