This dollhouse is a fantastic choice for any young girl who loves to play pretend. It comes with so many accessories, from furniture and appliances to pets and even a Christmas tree with Santa! There are also plenty of little LED lights that add a magical touch. While it's not particularly difficult to assemble, be prepared to set aside some time because there are a lot of pieces to put together. One thing to watch out for is that some of the online photos are misleading. The dollhouse is shown next to children in a way that makes it seem much larger than its actual size. It's still a good size at 2 feet wide and 2.5 feet tall, but don't expect it to tower over your child like it might appear in some of the pictures. Just go by the measurements given in the description. Overall, this dollhouse offers amazing play value and is sure to spark hours of imaginative fun. Just remember to give yourself plenty of time for assembly if you're giving it as a gift – you don't want to disappoint an eager child on Christmas morning!

My daughter loves playing with this set and it has everything like in a real life house. The dolls and furnitures included are fun to play with but they're very small so they get messy when I didn't put them away. It took me like 2 days to build up this playhouse for my kiddo as there are so many little things here and there. I wouldn't have got this set if I knew I needed that much time commitment.

I have built many a doll house over the years. First for my daughters, and then my granddaughters. But after opening this box my impression was, nope! I’m pretty sure that underneath these bags of assorted parts, there are probably directions. But, at this stage in my life I’m not sure I want to devote that much time to building something like this, one plastic piece at a time. The advertisement says that this is “for 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 Year Old Girls”. My granddaughter, who I got this for, is four years old. Put aside the multiple small choking pieces involved here, building this would involve hours or days. From the look of the pieces, this would not be very sturdy when completed. Then I am sure that a 4-year-old could destroy this in a matter of minutes. After taking the bags and some of the loose pieces out of the box, I could barely get them back into the box so it could be a present for my granddaughter. This is one of those things I would not wish on anyone to try to assemble. But, since I already have it, I’ll give it to my granddaughter’s parents to build. Good luck.

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter, and I haven't given it to her yet, so I don't have tons to say about this yet. It does come in a box that shows it as a Christmas castle, but from what I can tell, there is nothing in particular that makes this a Christmas castle, it looks just like a normal doll house to me. There is nothing super amazing about this that I can tell, but I don't think a doll house should have lots of "bells and whistles" the point is to encourage the kids to use their imagination, and the more the toy does, the less imagination they need to use, so in that aspect this is great.
