This product is spacious and easy to set-up! Assembled it least 2 people, but It was not difficult, we had this one completely up in 2 hours. I got this for two primary reasons: 1) to park cars under a cover and 2) for events and BBQs. It arrived 1 week after I ordered it. Everything was in one box. The parts snap on/off and the foot of canopy has holes for you to mount it to the ground for a more stable carport. Since I live in CA, so far it has withstood blistering heat-with no negative impact whatsoever.So I did not mount it down. I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it! ... show more

    • Almost there... But not quite.

First for the money, it's hard to beat this awning. It was well marked for assembly, instructions actually made sense, and nothing was damaged though the packaging for small parts could be better as they were just rattling around in the box which we all know that's a recipe for disaster. The tarp material is thick and durable feeling. The fit of the tarp is ok but not great. Corners are a bit baggy and mismatched but they work. Main drawbacks: the frame really needs at least one more set of intermediate legs and supports to be stable enough to last. I'm in the Northeast of USA and we get snow, and nasty wind in the winter. Being that I use this to keep snow and ice from accumulating in my duck hunting boat I use every weekend in the winter, winter durability is a must. The number of legs and supports provided leaves massive portions of the tarp top unsupported which means snow load will accumulate there and sag, tearing down the tent. I solved this by stringing a non stretch rope tightly from ridge to Eve in a zigzag pattern down both sides of the tent. This supports the weight of the snow in between the poles. Adding another set of legs would greatly strengthen this tent. That being said as far as quality of components go it's really pretty nice. The only fail I see in the quality of it is the leg portions of the tarp cover. They are tipped with hooks to attach into the legs and stretch the cover downward to secure it to the game. The issue is they are made from a brittle and cheap plastic. The hooks snapped off 3 legs the very minute the slightest wind came along. Metal hooks would not have cost any reasonable amount more and would greatly improved the overall quality of the product. I plan to make metal hooks and insert them myself when time permits. After getting a replacement for the first one which had holes in it and missing parts, the second one came with holes in it and all of it stabilizing straps sewn on backwards....I’d say if you buy this make sure all the parts are there and it’s sewn correctly and there’s no holes in it, and it hasn’t been used before which is what I believe mine was the first time. ... show more

We bought this in late May, was delivered early June. We just got around to assembling this today 03July. Everything went great till it came time to install the cover over the frame. Right from the get go the cover ripped at the seam on one end. Then to top it off, the cover is about 6 inches to short. The bungie on the side where it ripped are stretched so far out that they are now deformed. One actually broke while trying to install it. ... show more

It was easy enough to put together but after two weeks, one of the clips broke that holds down the harp to one of the legs and then after three months, we had a gust of wind come through and blow it over. Sure, I should have been proactive and disassembled the tarp, but I thought it would surely hold up better than it did. ... show more

Do not buy this worthless piece of junk! The design limitations were not properly identified, if identified at all. After proper installation following their instructions to the letter (which were pretty easy by the way) this product failed massively within literally one week of installation. The weather conditions by which it failed here in Southern Indiana were not atypical. I am extremely disappointed with this product and will substantially complain to Amazon. ... show more
