    • *Updated* This is clearly not a new product, and be prepared to interpret the assembly instructions
While the product appears to be a decent weight and thickness, every single panel has wear and tear, with missing paint and scratches. The assembly instructions are filled with spelling errors and are difficult to read. And we have to pay to return it, even though it arrived damaged. Really? Update: Customer service reached out almost immediately and confirmed they would pay for the return if we wanted, or they would give us a credit to keep it. They also said that they have fixed the issues we reported. I don't know if that part is accurate (since we didn't order another gate), but since this actually fits our needs, we took the credit and used it to buy some rustoleum and cover the places where the paint had been damaged. Excellent customer service and very willing to resolve issues. The only thing that makes this 4 instead of 5 stars is that I don't have a way to confirm that they have fixed the packing issues and spelling errors in the assembly instructions. ... show more
