I was in love with this product when I first got it. It filtered my dogs water and it was pretty silent while running. However, it just randomly stopped working. I only had this product for two months. Very upset. Basically a waste of money and plastic

Works well the motor is a beast. Love having the dip for some depth of water for them to drink from. I run a cattery and the only issues have been how quickly the filter clogs. I have to clean or change it every time we add water. Also the lid seems pretty easy for the cats to knock of which hasn’t been great. This says it’s good for dogs. So I was hoping it would work well for my large breed cats. I am not loving it. But it could be worse. Other than that a decent buy for the price. ... show more

    • Holds a lot of water and doesn't get clogged

This fountain is fairly large and can hold enough water for my single cat for maybe 2-3 weeks before it gets too low. The fountain is very quiet and can't be heard unless you sit right next to it. You might have to adjust the wire coming from the pump a few times to find the sweet spot because at first I could hear the motor running (still pretty quiet) but after a few adjustments it went back to being almost silent. The filters that come with it are a little difficult to clear out, I always feel like I'm not getting everything out of them but they still work perfectly fine when I place them back in. I do like that the filter is right where the water bowl drains instead of filtering right before the pump takes up water (like my last one) because it guarantees that no food or hair will accidentally get stuck in the pump.
