But best to use in getting their attention when they are in the barking out the window at the mailman, delivery driver, and walkers around the block zone and you want to get them to stop. My dog is usually great with training collars but this one in particular was so scratchy and I could tell she was uncomfortable. Range on the remote was not all that great either.

There are lots of directions for this collar. We tried to use it according to the directions, however, they were not as clear as they could be. We decided to power up the collar and use as we thought it would work. It worked ok. We are not using it now.

very easy to use. really enjoy the vibration function with the remote. Helps with beginning steps of training our dog. Has a good range from collar to remote. for the price i would recommend with the extra features that comes with it.

The Electronic Dog Remote Trainer by LiulingWSH is a great collar. I guess what most impresses me is how long the battery lasts!! We've had a lot of other collars and I had to charge them constantly. Not so with this one. It lasts a long time and I appreciate that. I'm elderly and my adult son, with whom I share a house, was kind enough to use a silver pen and make the buttons more easily identified for me. He used the electric bolt sign by the shock button (which we never use anyway), squiggly lines for the vibration (which I very rarely use), and dots for the beeping (most often used) button. I am so thankful that he made those signs next to the buttons as I would never have been able to see the ones on the buttons. You may want to do the same thing. This collar is working well for us. Our dog doesn't seem to mind wearing this collar too much. We don't keep it too tight on his neck as I wouldn't want any prongs sticking into my neck all the time! I do recommend this collar if you have to use one. Our dog can't seem to remember to go outside to do his urinating, so we use it to correct him. Just the beeps scare him, so it works well.

I’ve been an assistant dog trainer for a few years and only use positive reinforcement, so I had no intention of using the shock part of this collar, except that I tried it on myself just to see what kind of a shock it gives the dog. I didn’t adjust the setting from what it came set at, but I was more of an itch than any pain, so at least that’s good. I did try to use the beep and the vibrations to get my dog’s attention when he was behaving badly and I couldn’t otherwise distract him and in some situations, like when he was barking at our other dog and wouldn’t quit, those methods a worked. For times like when an Amazon delivery was made or someone came over, they did nothing to distract him. One bigger problem I had was that it seemed like there was a delay from when you push the buttons and when the beep/vibration happens on the collar. When you’re training a dog and want him to understand that you’re signaling to quit doing a specific behavior, if there’s a delay, you’ll be signaling the wrong thing, so that’s counter productive.
