This is easy to set up and break down and travels easily. Perfect for dogs up to 30lbs, I’d say. It’s too big for my 2lb puppy to kennel for potty-training, but he’ll grow into it. He uses it as a house. I leave the front door rolled up and he takes his toys and chew treats in there. He also naps when he gets overstimulated. If I leave home without him, I just zip it up and he’s cool to play in there. He can look out of all four sides and the top. You will need a blanket, bed, or pad like the one I got bc the bottom is like the bottom of a tent (no padding). He’s loving it!

I’m actually using it as an indoor potty station. Our one pup decided when we brought him home at 8weeks he wanted to be indoor potty trained. He chose the spot and has never gone anywhere other than his potty pads(we had to move it around when we had our floors redone). I decided I wanted a smaller more confined space for him to use and this has been perfect. Easy to clean if there’s a slight miss. He’s now 7 yo and is a die hard indoor pottier as he will go outside, run back in to pee, then go back out to play. Sometimes he’ll go outside, but it’s nice to know we never have to worry about accidents.

Very nice doghouse! At first, I was skeptical with all the pieces, but it ended up being a beautifully designed product. It has far more structural integrity than the old fully collapsible one that we used to have. I couldn’t recommend a product more. Just make sure your animal doesn’t exceed 15 pounds.

This product is perfect for my two Yorkies. I put the smallest pen in my car and bought the next size up to leave at my friends house for when we visit because he has pit bulls and we don’t mingle them so the Yorkies are happy inside the pen. Lots of ventilation and visibility for them. Pen fits a small pet bed, water, kibble. I like that you can enter from two sides AND the top. I’m taking off one star for two reasons. The fabric is okay but not exceptional. But it works for me. The second reason is that tent stakes are shown on product display but were not present in either product so these will need to be purchased separately if you want to stake it outside. I think you would have to stake it down if outside unless there was NO wind. It’s lightweight so a breeze might move it.

My kittens love this and like to play in it, running in and out of it. It is great to travel with, although a little high for cats which blocks visibility in the back of my SUV. It has plenty of room to have food and water dishes and a small litter box. They even have some room to play. It was nicer than I had expected.

We have a 5 pound Chiweenie and purchased the large size. I was traveling to a hotel the next day and the large size was the only version I could get delivered overnight. It actually worked out very well. Set up is super easy - just insert the metal poles around the perimeter and you are good to go. It takes up no space at all disassembled in the car, so it is literally perfect for travel. Once we got the the hotel and got it set up, a reusable pee pad fit perfectly in the bottom. We put his little bed on one side and he had room to play or do his business on the other side since we were gone for several hours at a time. I highly recommend this product and don't be scared to go bigger than suggested size depending on your pet's needs.

I've given 5 stars because the item arrived just as pictured, and the quality, though made of a tent material, is superb. But, this dog tent was no match for my dog. She's a chihuahua/terrier mix and weighs 18 pounds. She's sort of rebellious and I'd never put her in a kennel before. So the first time I left her in there while I ran errands, she tried her hardest to get out. She was unsuccessful, of course. But she did TOPPLE IT OVER. Yeah, you heard me. She managed to flip the entire thing upside down as though she was running in it like a hamster! I put bricks in it to weigh it down, but that only worked for a day or 2, until she learned she could still knock the sides down. I would come home and find the tent bent to the side. Eventually the little tent poles that erect the tent and hold it in place got pushed through the bottom of the kennel because of how rough she was with it! When I saw she'd damaged it to this extent, I realized I had to get her something made of iron. So, again, it's a good product but I'd only use it for puppies or small dogs who aren't hell bent on getting out. I ended up throwing mine away and buying a metal dog house that's on wheels.

It was easy to put together although we could not figure out where to put the last 2 rods. It has 2 zippered doors on each side that can be held up by rolling them up & attaching with velcro. Zippers don’t appear to be very strong so not sure he won’t be able to get out if he wants to. It is bigger than the small one was pictured which was ok. So, downsides so far…one of the pockets attached to the side was torn & the weak zippers on door flaps. I will try to fix the pocket. I will review at a later date after our puppy has used it. So far, he won’t get in. He prefers to be held. :)
