Be absolutely sure if you are planning to purchase this item. There are no Amazon return options. You can’t just drop off to a UPS location or similar. They are giving us a return address and you are responsible for shipping it to them at your inconvenience. Prime member or not. In our case the doghouse was smaller than our dog liked. There’s a picture of a Labrador on the product photos which is extremely misleading. It is way too small for labs or similar dogs even though it is advertised as large. Based on the rough dimensions shown in the photo it seemed like it would actually be large enough but we were mistaken. “No harm done, we’ll return with Amazon Prime…”, we thought. Now we are left with a doghouse which is too small and the wood isn’t even high quality enough for us to salvage and use to build our own. Very disappointing experience. Metal frame seemed sturdy enough but the wood is cheap. Depending on the shipping costs I might just have to try and sell this thing locally instead. . ... show more

This doghouse is falsely advertised as "large" and even has a picture of a Labrador displayed indicating it is large in size. The quality of the wood is cheap and was splintering off. They won't let me return it now so $200 in the garbage. DO NOT BUY this product! If you're looking to burn your money for no reason, just light it on fire, it will still be a better choice than buying this doghouse. ... show more
