Well I received tat least 3 weeks ago. I contacted them right away to tell them I was missing a screw. $215.00 and I still have not heard from them. It is out in my yard half built.

I really like this doghouse. It is sturdy and well built. It was kinda easy to assemble but should have two people. It states that it is "anti-biting" however our 5 month old McNabb pup has chewed the tops off of the porch posts and chewed a hole in the insulated pad and flung the foam padding all over the place. There are places that he can't chew up because of the metal protection and we appreciate that. I don't worry about him at night when it's cold, rainy or windy outside knowing he is warm and safe in this dog house. It is well insulated and the zippered pads fit perfectly inside. We didn't follow directions closely and had already assembled the house before putting the pads inside. That was a challenge but our bad. I gave it four stars only because it is not chew proof. ... show more
