The instructions leave a lot to be desired. Once I figured out the 1st one, the 2nd was easy. The 1st one, the cover had 3 parts of the elastic missing. Pictures attached. The 2nd one was perfect. Got them for outdoor cats that live in my yard to try and protect them from the Florida rains. Edmonton think they will do much in heavy rain, but where I located them should, it should not be much of an issue. My get some scotch guare to spray on as an extra measure. ... show more
