I bought this about a month ago to put in a chicken coop which I purchased for the feral cats that have wondered into our backyard and claimed squatters rights. Lol. It works really well! It remains very warm in there and I know the cats are ok when the temperature drops to 30 degrees. We put foam bedding in it also for them and no problems with that. Works great for our dogs heated dog house. We tried a heated bed which he ate and did not get as warm as I wanted. Then I found this and it’s great. I think his house is warmer than ours.

Not very well built, card board like paper over a basic heating element, and the heat it puts out is so,so for the price of $100. It works but I expected more heat for the price.

    • Supposed to be brand new....
I got this product literally just today, and was very disappointed that after unboxing, I saw scratches at the back of the item. Maybe, perhaps it’s how they delivered it. However, looking at the front and around of it, it is obvious that the “brand new” product that I received is a renewed/used item. The front has been wiped, there’s no Instruction manual, etc. I’m returning today and buying a better dog house heater somewhere. ... show more
