Love this crate! It is beautiful and was extremely easy to follow the building instructions, it only took 30- 45 minutes to put together. My only tip is to use a regular screwdriver to install the screws into the pre drilled metal holes for a better grip. The material is perfectly durable and not too heavy to move around the house if needed. The pad that comes with it is super soft and comfortable for the pup. The door locks are not at all what I read in the reviews, they are perfectly durable and the part I lock up top is a very neat feature. We bought the medium size for my corgi, she has plenty of room as a puppy and as she grows into an adult. Totally worth the price. If built right this crate is perfect! I definitely recommend buying one. ... show more

    • It’s cheap and has a major design flaw

This is very poorly manufactured. The screw that hold the main part of this crate together get screwed into these nut style fittings that have been poorly welded to the inside of each metal bar. While using hand torque and a screw driver these welds broke just tightening the screws. The door does not align because there is no enough structural integrity to keep this product flush. It’s very flimsy and will rock side to side and because of this the doors do not alight and if you read most of the reviews state the same issue. There is also a really bad design flaw and when the front door is latched close your dog can still slightly push the door open eventually causing the door to break. Video included. The crate itself is nice. I like the design and my dog is comfortable in it. It took me a few hours to put together alone but that’s because I had to start over! The cushion it comes with is lacking, it is so thin and didn’t offer much in the way of support.

Sturdy great quality, looks just like a piece of furniture. The cost is subjective to the purchasers preference. Folding is not practical. The color is subjective to the surrounding decor. Easily put together. Did not need extra tools other than what was suggested. Very sturdy. Heavy too. Dog adores! Pad included is like a blanket. Our dog needs a little more support for arthritis.
