I use this travel carrier on four airplane flights and it was the perfect size. There's enough net mesh to provide breathable air flow. It also has a nice smooth soft pad in the bottom and I love the pocket on the side for treats. My chihuahua loves it so much that he jumps in it sometimes just to laying it at home! It's also very comfortable and easy to carry when traveling through the airport and boarding on a flights. Love that it has a slip on the back that sled right onto my luggage and didn't have a problem with it tipping over my luggage at all! I highly recommend!

It’s foldable, sturdy under vigorous scratching, the bottom pad cover is machine washable, and my cat is napping in it despite it being baby jail sometimes! What more could you want? She’s 8 lbs and I can see larger cats being harder to coerce into the carrier but small ones can be dropped in while holding the carrier upright.

This carrier is definitely for a small animal of any. A little smaller than I hoped but I believe it'll work. The comfort review etc I didn't give it a 5 and wasn't sure what to give because I haven't used it yet, and my cat's the one that will let me know.

This is pretty sturdy and has pockets for "stuff". Be sure you check dimensions for airlines -- the w and h must be 11 or less... so many are just over 11" .. this one is 11 x 11... While some of the others may get through being "close".... why take the chance when traveling with your pet...

This carrier is the perfect size for my cats, very easy to use since every side unzips so you can choose the most convenient one. The bottom liner is removable in case you need to wash it, but I put a blanket in there anyway.

I got this for my 8.5 pound toy fox terrier. She doesnt like to be in it, but once she settles down, she is comfortable. It is a great product for the price. It is very sturdy and easy to use. Great product for the price. No need to buy an expensive one, this does the job!

I needed 2 new carriers for 6 lb. poodles. I was using 1 larger carrier, but they were always moving and off balance. The stitching and zippers feel strong on this carrier. They have a lot of room to move and turn around. Even the groomer was happy with these, and she is usually very picky.
