update* the seller got back to me quickly sent me a return label , yes it cost me 76$ to return it but amazon gave me it back in promotional money , now I cant get anything unless it from amazon warehouse and still have to pay shipping so bummer and angry about that . so far everyone has been very helpful and i am pleased will re write again as soon as seller get it and exchanges it for me or refunds it . we want it exchanged because it was her only gift but i can buy a new one either way. thank you Tech Clic and amazon so far..... orginal post ****I bought this for xmas for my 9 yr old daughter, we have had it for 30 days exactly. She turned it on and then turned it off and went to turn it back on it wouldnt . So we plugged it in to charge and the green charging light goes off . So now it won't turn on at all or charge . Why ??? I'll give it a 5 star review if someone tells me what's wrong with it and fixes it for me because she hasn't done anything to it . It broke on it's own and I wanna know why?
