I bought this as I had watched some great reviews on it. This thermal has a cleaner and clearer sight picture than my equivalent agm by far (384 sensor). Would definitely recommend, although the app seems to freeze once in a while, I didn't buy this for another app to have to deal with. This DNT has performed well, held zero and hasn't had any problems so far up here in the cold (-20f). And the battery lasts pretty long and is field replaceable which is a must in Cold Weather conditions. ... show more

This is such an amazing thermal at a fantastic price! The 640 resolution is amazing vs the 256 handheld that I had. I've used it as a stand along scope as well as a clip-on. These are great new thermals ot the market. It is a 3-in-one thermal. Works great as a standalone or as a clip-on in front of a 1-4 power LPVO. The image quality is compatible with a $3,000 Agm Rattler V2... The problem is that because they are new, their included mounting option is really only suitable for using the thermal as the primary sight... You need to plan on spending another 250.00 on a good FlipToSide mount like you would use on an Eotech g-33 or Trijicon micro 3x magnifier mount. IF you want to use it as a clip-on. I anticipate they will have new mounting very Evenrt with these mounting issues its still worth the money... ... show more

Excellent optic. I have many other brands in 384 resolution, Bering, AGM, Rix, Something Chinese, iray, and pulsar. The image on this outperforms all of them. I am sincerely amazed at it. One of the best features is the Recoil activated video. Never miss a shot because the phone wasn’t on. I highly recommend this scope to get you going in the thermal game. I was incredibly surprised by this, I was very nervous about buying a scope online but it did not disappoint!!! It has so many features, works insanely well and worth every penny. We live on a farm and have issues with predators but since we bought this it has saved many of our animals!

This product is advertised as a clip-on, handheld, or standalone thermal psych. Its resolution is very good. It comes with a 0 and a 20 MOA fixed mount. I would get the quick-release version available through the manufacturer, and there are others that are flipped to the side for those of you using the LPVOs. Ultimately, I returned this product in favor of the Thermnight 635. For a $800 difference, I get a digital day-a-night and a laser rangefinder added and the same resolution thermal. ... show more
