    • Inexpensive but sturdy
I found that this was a very inexpensive hard tonneau cover. It is very sturdy, was pretty easy to install, and seems to be pretty waterproof. I bought this so I could keep my bed secure on a cross country trip and to protect my cargo from the elements. We went through rain, dusty dirt roads, and all sorts of weather and everything was protected. The only issues I had were minor, but worth noting. When folding the second section back, the design relies on foam pads to hold the clamps on the first section high enough to prevent them from gouging the top. Those fo pieces are not thick enough to do that. I took some of the foam packaging that was the same foam, and added them to the stand off pads to John’s it a bit higher. They also did not stay attached to the first section of the cover, so I used some E6000 adhesive and now that stay connected. I also had a piece I’d foam in one of the corners dome loose and blow off on the road. I made a replacement piece out of the same packaging foam and glued it onto the cover with the E6000 adhesive. So far so good. Moral of the story is to KEEP THE EXTRA PACKAGING FOAM. I also think this cover is really thick (1-1/2”). Not as good looking for some of the other higher priced covers, but still looks ok. Overall, glad with this purchase for the price. ... show more

    • Disappointing build quality
Although the bed cover is nice and sturdy, there are some things that are poor quality. First, the adhesive used to hold the foam waterproof peices to the cover is garbage. I have already had 2 of them fall off and I don’t know where as well as the round foam bumpers that were glued on. Second, the clamps that hold the non movable section to the bed weren’t tailored specifically for the rails on my truck (even though it was made for my truck) and they continually come loose causing the cover to slide around. ... show more

Fit my 2004 Nissan Titan like a glove, good seals all the way around. Recommend two people to install it, this sucker is heavy as well as heavy duty!

    • Problem with clamps and the company failed to respond

I was stuck between a 2 and a 3. The cover itself is awesome, as tight as a drum, and very practical with the fold-up capability. The main problem is the main clamps on the truck rail are poorly designed and almost impossible to tighten correctly. It is a C section clamp that goes against the lower edge of the bed rail, as you tighten the bolt the clamp just rotates as the lower end has nothing to clamp against. This results in the thread jamming before it gets tight. Long story short the fabric on the driver's seat is puckered up when driving on the highway!     • Great value at a great price
I wanted a hard cover for the security it would offer when combined with a licking tailgate. and also did not want to lose any functionality/space in my bed. All of the other hard covers cost a lot more, and even more for the ones that "flip-up" out of the way, against the back window. Fortunately I realized the although this one does do that, it just takes loosening the two hand screws that hold the front panel in place, and this will easily lift-off, out of the way. This allows you to maintain the full space and functionality of your bed space, which is even better than those that simply flip-up against the back window, and cost less. ... show more

T-clamp on driver side center broke that holds down the top contacted DNA customer support and their response was "Oh well not our problem talk to Amazon". I've only had the top less than a year and the quality of the hold down clamps are horrible. Save your money and look elsewhere for a tonneau cover, just stay far away from DNA you've been warned. ... show more

    • Great value for the price
It fit perfectly, right to the tailgate, so we can lock the tailgate and lock what is in the bed. I sat on it while installing and it felt rigid. The extra hardware brackets to attach to the existing rails were necessary, were easy to install and made clamping down the cover easy also. I like that the first two sections are made to hold down with clamps that release easily, allowing the cover to be folded back for carrying large items. ... show more
