Description

This aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This aluminum radiator is at least 40% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

The thing that I dislike is the fact that the first radiator I ordered, although the fitment guide said it would fit my vehicle, it was not. The first 3 pictures are the third radiator. Don't think styrofoam is supposed to be in there and connecting to the hose outlet on the other may not be a good idea. this radiator has no fittings to replace old ones and when I called customer service they put me on hold for hours on various days , hung up on me several times supposedly by accident . Bad customer service

Description doesn't do a great job clarifying that this isn't meant for a stock Ford 302. The inlet and outlet are reversed. This is great for 5.0 swaps with the serpentine belt configurations. It never gets over 190 even on 90's day.My engine has even been bored 40 over which will make an engine run a little hotter,but so far this radiator is the ticket,was a little hard to install with a shroud but not impossible if your bit mechanical. ... show more

We had a very difficult time locating the connections for this radiator. We contacted DNA and they were polite, but said that they don’t supply them even when purchasing a radiator from them.

Other than a packaging mishap it doesn’t leak an looks good. Tho I had to finagle the cooling fan mounting points as they were bent in shipping. As was the rad cap. Replaced the cap an bent the mounting bosses back no leaks no other issues. Bolted right in.

This radiator is not for a ford Bronco with a 302. The bungs are wrong and so is the filler neck. This is for a ford bronco with a 351 Cleveland in it or a serpentine set up from explorer. Other than that it’s nice. That being said I can’t use it.
