Description

Aluminum racing radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This racing radiator is at least 40% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

Said it would fit but about 8 inches to narrow for my truck. It's my fault I didn't measure it though so no negativity towards seller or company. Radiator looks great and came packaged nicely. Sucks it doesn't fit. If you have E fans, this is NOT the radiator for you.

Works great fit perfectly with shroud I have an 03 silverado 4.8 just make sure it’s the correct size before you order quality was great! Negative stars from customers didn’t check overall dimensions before purchase.

This radiator will fit but you need to remove the fan shroud for the original fan and make modification for this to work. Better buy a radiator with electric fans already installed and save your frustration and time

Thankfully it was Expertly Packaged,, Ya Never Know!! Good for me,, Except for one broken wing of the thumb screw drain stem,, (Broken) Not to worry, I planned to (tap) and thread a 3/8 ball valve for draining. The Fit was Perfect! Perfect in every way except for the trimming of 5/8 to 3/4" for the shroud, 1 pass vs 2. Buy it! for the money, and the overall quality, 2 passes that's 100% better than when new. Think my 2004 is now 18 years old and it cooled just fine until the plastic gave up. This thing has NO Stinking Plastic!! ... show more

Only reason for 3 stars and not 2 is i was able to fix what was wrong with it. When it showed up had to fix it already. The mounting bracket was bent to heck and back. NO DAMAGE to shipping box. lucky it was fixable with some body hammers and dollies. Had to grind out the mounting holes they didn't align right and yes it was put in the right spot. the mount holes were to far apart for the mounting bolts to the radiator support. again easy fix but shouldn't had to do that. The trans cooler hook ups had to be cleaned out big time had a ton of metal shavings in it from tapping them out. After a complete cleaning and fixing everything to mount it right it had NO leaks and seems to keep everything nice and cool. Quality control really needs to be addressed on these. You can't send out a product like this. Most customers will not be checking everything inside and out like I do. If i hadn't cleaned out the metal shavings it would have gone straight into my transmission and more than likely damaged it to the point of having to replace it. Again can not stress enough about QUALITY CONTROL. ... show more

Was a very easy install! I have a 2001 z71 with a clutch fan setup and it fit perfect is a bit Thicker than the stock. Has a inter graded oil and trans cooler witch my truck dose not have but cool option. My only problem was it was 34° last night and my truck wouldn’t warm up all the way on a 35 mile drive I was still only at 160° So I went from burning hot heater to not as hot so a little bummed on that that’s why I only give a 4 star note I also did new pump and t-stat a few weeks before I swapped this and it did warm up all the way before only changing the radiator ... show more
